Reviews, suggestions or comments of any kind, that include the following won't be considered:

• Profanity, violent threats, hate speech, sexually explicit material, and comments that are discriminatory or hateful. 
• The use of personal assaults and accusations directed at the tutor. 
• Any kind of promotional references and / or services of illegal activities (i.e., explicit content, drugs, prostitution)
• Any references and/or comments that are unrelated to the reviewer's service experience.
• Infringement against our intellectual property, privacy / confidentiality, or personal rights.
• Politically sensitive remarks. 

· Lessons are an hour long. However, the length of the tutoring session – if shorter or longer – will be determined by previous agreement between the student and the tutor.

· Unless otherwise agreed with the Tutor, the Tutor will provide the learning material (students' books, audio, etc.) 

· You are kindly requested to provide at least 24 hours-notice if you wish to cancel or reschedule a lesson, especially during holiday times (except in unforeseeable situations). Without prior notification, cancellation fees at the hourly rate will apply. There are no refunds for lessons cancelled by the student for no valid reason. However, the courses are flexible regarding illness and holidays and can be rescheduled for another day if the customer gives the Tutor at least 24 hours-notice of the cancellation. 

· Payment is due before the start of the first session after the free introductory lesson with the Tutor. 

· Lessons can begin at any time of year.
